Please kindly read my policies prior to booking. When you book an appointment, you agree to my policies

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of $100 is due to book most chemical services that goes towards your service

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Rescheduling: If you are unable to make your appointment please contact me at least 48 hours prior to your booked service time to avoid a fee. Less than a 48 hour notice may result in a 50% service charge. If a reschedule is made less than 48 hours, I will keep your deposit and a NEW deposit will be required for the rescheduled appointment.

Cancelations: Same day cancellations or no shows will result in a full charge of the service booked.No call, no shows  will be charged 100% of service, and will not be rebooked again. 

Redos

If you are dissatisfied with your service I am more than happy to make any small tweaks or adjustments within 2-3 days after your appointment. Adjustments are only re-tone, or root smudge. After this period, any further changes will be subject to a fee. I do not offer any refunds of any kind on any hair color/cut or hair extension service

Payment Methods

We accept nearly all electronic forms of payments, Debit cards,Credit cards, Cash, Apple Pay & Zelle. Cash is always appreciated and preferred. Should you choose to pay with card a 3.5% processing fee will be added at checkout

No Extra Guests/Pets

To ensure a relaxing experience for all clients, we kindly request that you do not bring additional guests or children to your appointment unless they are also receiving a service.
